March 18, 2010 - Wine Institute President & CEO Visits Exhibit
On Thursday, March 18th Wine Institute President & CEO Bobby Koch arrived in College Station, Texas to tour 'The Culture of Wine' exhibit with exhibit Producer Mark Burns and then spoke to a large audience in the Bush Library's theater on the California wine industry. A reception followed the excellent 60 minute presentation by Mr. Koch in the Library rotunda.
November 10, 2009 - President Bush Tours Exhibit
On Tuesday, November 10th President George H.W. Bush toured 'The Culture of Wine' exhibit with exhibit Producer Mark Burns and George Bush Presidential Library Curator Susie Cox. See the photo here.
September 28, 2009 - Exhibit Grand Opening
Monday evening marked the Grand Opening day of the exhibit at The George Bush Presidential Library & Museum. After a one hour presentation by George M. Taber, the distinguished author of the book 'Judgment of Paris' in the auditorium, guests moved into the Library's rotunda for a wine and cheese reception followed by a viewing of the exhibit.
Inaugural Opening of Exhibit set for September 28, 2009
The George Bush Presidential Library & Museum will be the opening venue for 'The Culture of Wine' exhibit. The Ansary Gallery within the Presidential Library will be home to the exhibit until August 22, 2010. The library is located in College Station, Texas...just outside Houston. Presidents Day, February 16, 2009 - 'The Culture of Wine' launches website
Although many of the advanced multimedia features of this website cannot be fully functional until the exhibit is installed for the first time, this limited version offers most of the general information and links about the exhibit.
